Hours

  • Four ten hour shifts
  • Rotating of days to include weekdays and Saturdays
  • Day shift
  • Closed on Sundays

Job Responsibilities

  • Learn all procedures and processes that are required of a RV Value Mart RV Service Tech
  • Learn to complete all aspects of RV Repair.
  • Complete customer requested repairs on RVs’.
  • Document all problems found in the RV on necessary paperwork to receive warranty compensation from Manufacturer
  • Assist with customer product orientations when customers take delivery of RV’s
  • Assist with the assembly, installation and demonstration of hitch systems.
  • Continually increase your RV knowledge by taking part in Advanced Skills, Software, Product and Safety Training
  • Install Customer purchased accessories on RV’s
  • Assist in other responsibilities as would relate to a RV Service Tech position

Training

  • Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, woodworking etc. are all skills that will be used. If you have previous experience in one or two would be great, we can teach the rest.
  • Previous experience in the RV industry is highly valued.
  • RV Value Mart will assist in training of dedicated high-quality employees
  • State Inspection License is preferred.

Payment and Compensation

  • RV Service technician can expect a fair hourly rate with overtime hours available during busy seasons
  • RV Service technician can expect pay increases based on completion of training, performance and length of employment with business
