Quality Control Analyst

Quality Control Analyst position with an established Oklahoma City company. This position comes with a great benefits package and room for advancement. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of Quality Control experience and excellent leadership skills.

Responsibilities of the Quality Control Analyst
– Developing and documenting all information quality reviews
– Participating in audits
– Addressing customer complaints and feedback
– Creating reports for management

Requirements of the Quality Control Analyst
– 3+ years of Quality Control experience in a call center environment
– Experience providing feedback for coaching/training
– Strong communication and time-management skills

Compensation for the Quality Control Analyst:
– $25.00 per hour
