Responsibilities:

Ensure the maintenance of positive client engagements through proactive visionary leadership. management.

Drive growth within existing accounts by equipping team with comprehensive training and resources.

Contact existing contracted clients to review performance and plan for improvement.

Independently negotiate contracts, bill rates and the qualification process

Communicate facility expectations internally, ensuring systems reflect those expectations.

Develop and maintain professional internal relationships.

Act as liaison between the clients and the company; including ongoing follow-up and communication.

Understand Key Performance Indicators for position and meet expectations.

Continuous progress towards production goals; meeting production goals within designated timeframes.

Assist in resolving personal and professional issues regarding vendors, facilities, and travelers.

Exemplify the company’s core values through a positive demeanor and attitude.

Use, grow, and implement awareness of available tools.

Accept coaching and remain open to changes and recommendations.

Requirements :

High school diploma or equivalent

Proven success sales experience in medical staffing

Ability to multitask

Account Management Experience

Background in medical terminology

High school diploma or equivalent

Results driven

Strong telephone and computer skills

Ability to willingly apply what is learned in classroom and on the job training

Social media savvy

Ability to communicate by phone, email and text.

Proficient in Microsoft Office products

Socially perceptive – Ability to read others’ responses/reactions and respond accordingly

Reading comprehension – understanding written information and instruction

Ability to deal effectively with upset or frustrated people

Coachability
