- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to operate a wide range of equipment, from garden tractors to combines
- Forklift certification
- Knowledge of basic equipment safety procedures
- Ability to perform multiple duties as assigned
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to walk, stand, and bend for extended periods
Your Typical Day: As a Utility and Yard Specialist, you start your day by ensuring our equipment and vehicles are ready to go, performing maintenance, and keeping our facilities in peak condition. From organizing tools to loading and unloading trucks, you’re the go-to person for keeping everything running smoothly. One moment you’re operating a lawn tractor; the next, you’re driving a combine. Need to deliver equipment to a customer? You’re on it. Whether you’re tackling yard work, cleaning shop areas, or helping move displays, your work makes a huge impact on the entire dealership.When and Where You’ll Work: This is a part-time position based at our dealership.
