We commit to delivering Extreme Customer service to provide outstanding outcomes for the people and businesses we serve.About the RoleThis position focuses on assisting Wisconsin Works (W-2) and Child Support (CS) trainers with learning and development functions to enhance staff performance and ensure compliance with program goals. The role emphasizes creating tools, resources, and processes to support professional growth and program excellence.This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about helping others, thrives in a collaborative environment, and enjoys creating solutions that empower teams to succeed.Primary Objectives of Position:Assist trainers with creation, development, and delivery of training to W-2 and CS staff and supervisors. Training may be delivered online or at various locations throughout Wisconsin.Key Responsibilities:Learning and Development Support:· Work alongside W-2 and CS trainers to support curriculum development.· Create effective training tools, such as eLearning modules, guides, and job aids, to improve program outcomes.· Contribute to designing materials that align with adult learning principles and accessibility standards.· Produce virtual training sessions as needed· Schedule and organize training sessions as neededResource and Content Creation:· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness in learning materials.Continuous Improvement:· Provide feedback and recommendations to enhance existing tools and processes for workforce development.· Stay up to date on best practices and innovations in training and development to ensure cutting-edge solutions for W-2 and CS programs.· Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training materialsQualifications- Education and/or Experience:Education: Bachelor’s or Associates Degree preferred (or experience in W-2, Child Support, Workforce Development or Social Services areas).Experience:· Knowledge of W-2 or related case management programs, Income Maintenance or related program(s), Child Support and/or Children and Families arena.· Familiarity with computer systems (CWW, WWP, KIDS, etc.) is a plus.· Prefer experience with online learning tools (e.g. Adobe Captivate, Canva, Storyline) for content creation and design.· Experience in training a plus.Skills/Abilities:· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.· Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.· Excellent written and verbal communication skills· Proficiency with MS Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.· Experience with virtual training/meeting platforms (e.g. Zoom, Microsoft Teams)Other: Flexibility and adaptability to change.
