Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM – 11:30 AM (20hrs per week)
Duration: April-June Assignment
Pay Rate: $17 – $18 per hour (based on experience)Position Overview:
Adecco is currently helping a local client in Casper, WY seeking a Temporary Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support their Drilling team. This role is ideal for someone with previous administrative experience in the oil and gas industry, particularly in drilling operations. The selected candidate will assist with daily morning reports, well data, footage tracking, safety document filing, and graph updates.Key Responsibilities:Assist with compiling and distributing daily drilling reportsManage and organize well data and footage trackingFile and maintain safety documentation accurately and timelyUpdate graphs and internal reporting tools as directedProvide general administrative support to the Drilling team as neededQualifications:Previous administrative experience in the oil & gas drilling sectorStrong attention to detail and ability to work independentlyProficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)Excellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and work in a fast-paced environmentPay Details: $17.00 to $18.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
