Candidate Sourcing
- Develop and execute strategies to source candidates, such as referrals, direct search, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and profiles to identify qualified candidates.
- Use LinkedIn, job boards, and recruitment databases to find and reach out to high-potential candidates.
Candidate Screening and Interviewing
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback post-interview.
- Use behavioral and technical questions to assess candidates during phone, video, and in-person interviews.
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates to create a strong talent pipeline.
- Maintain close communication with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and align on requirements.
- Provide candidates with a positive experience, regardless of the outcome, to strengthen the employer brand.
Coordinating the Hiring Process
- Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate assessments or pre-employment tests.
- Manage communications between candidates and the hiring team.
- Assist with extending offers and negotiating terms, when necessary.
Employer Branding
- Promote the organization’s culture, values, and benefits to attract top talent.
- Represent the company at job fairs, university events, and networking sessions.
- Share employer branding content on social media platforms and other channels.
Reporting and Compliance
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within applicant tracking systems.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.
There are some MUST-HAVES:
- 2-3 years’ experience in a recruiting or recruiting assistant type of role
- 2+years of working in a complex, dynamic, fast-paced and high-volume environment which flexibility and resourcefulness as a valued trait
This role requires the ability to move and lift up to 20 lbs.
