You will work closely with hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates to ensure a seamless recruitment process. You will also be responsible for managing administrative tasks related to recruitment.Key Responsibilities:

• Support the recruitment team in sourcing and recruiting top talent through various channels, such as job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
• Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates to provide a positive experience throughout the recruitment process
• Assist in screening resumes and applications, and coordinate the logistics of interviews, such as booking conference rooms and arranging travel
• Manage candidate data in applicant tracking systems, including updating candidate status, uploading resumes, and scheduling follow-up activities
• Provide regular updates to hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates on recruitment progress
• Participate in job fairs, career events, and other recruitment initiatives to attract candidates

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in recruitment or related field
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Solar Experience is a plus
• Strong organizational and time-management skills

Expected Salary: $16 – 19 per hour
