Job Description: Responsible for organizing and providing care to patients through the process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. Delegates aspects of care to other nursing personnel based upon their licensure, preparation, and job descriptions. Contributes to the meeting of the mission and goals of the facility and Essentia, and meets the requirements of the Joint Commission if applicable and/or other federal, state, and local regulatory or accrediting agencies.Education Qualifications:BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursingSign on Bonus for New Hired RNs:ADN: $10,000BSN: $15,000*Restrictions may applyBe a part of a Healthcare organization that invests in you and your career.Apply now and help us continue to raise the bar in patient care!Licensure/Certification Qualifications:Current nursing licensure in state(s) of employmentBasic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 1 monthAdvanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within 1 yearPediatric Advanced Life support (PALS) certification within 1 yearEmergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC) certification within 2 yearsTrauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification within 2 yearsMust Meet the Following Qualifications:One year of Critical Care experience (includes ICU, PACU, 24 Hour Care) or Emergency Department experience in an ED with a yearly census greater than 20,000.
