• Manage day-to-day operations of residential properties to ensure smooth functioning.
• Oversee property maintenance activities to ensure all facilities are in excellent condition.
• Work efficiently with team members, residents and board members.
• Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, maintenance requests, and other administrative needs.
• Handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly with excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Requirements
• Able to work Monday to Friday from 9:00am – 1:00 pm.
• Proven experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
• General Maintenance and Handyman experience.
• Familiarity with real estate administrative tasks and regulations.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
