Pay: $20-$22/HourPosition Overview:
Adecco is currently assisting a local client in Casper, WY, in their search for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Clerk to join their team. This is a part-time position responsible for performing transactional accounting entries and supporting the Accounting Manager. The successful candidate must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation.Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input data into accounting systems.
- Validate data against system reports to ensure accuracy.
- Verify that internal controls and processes have been properly followed.
- Communicate and collaborate with vendors and customers as needed.
- Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes to ensure that all relevant data has been recorded within the appropriate time period.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience in an accounting environment or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- General knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) processes.
- Previous experience using QuickBooks is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook is required.
