We value a supportive, positive work environment where everyone can contribute their unique skills and talents.About the role:As a cabinet sprayer/finisher, you’ll be responsible for the final touches that bring our cabinets to life. This role will offer the opportunity for you to ensure the effectiveness of our process. You can contribute in a crucial way by working with your hands and creating stunningly beautiful products. In addition, if you feel like you have a knack for setting the tempo for a team, this might be the job for you.What we offerWeekly pay of $17.00 to $25.00 per hour depending on experienceDirect deposit & debit card payment optionsHealth, vision, dental, life, and disability insuranceGet weekends offOvertime availableCabinet Sprayer/Finisher Tasks & Duties (What you’ll do)Preparing cabinet surfaces for finishing (sanding, cleaning, etc.)Applying stains, sealers, and topcoats to achieve desired resultOperating and maintaining spray equipment (e.g. spray guns, compressors)Mixing and matching colors to meet project specificationsInspecting finished products for quality and consistencyMaintaining a clean and organized work areaFollowing safety procedures and guidelinesCabinet Sprayer/Finisher Shift InfoDay Shift, 8:00 am to 05:00 pmMonday – FridayCabinet Sprayer/Finisher Qualifications (Requirements/Skills)Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen. Able to pass a background checkAble to work in the USA strong attention to detail and a commitment to qualityExperience in cabinet finishing or a related field is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person with a strong aptitude and willingness to learn.
