Most patients never realize the part you played in getting them through one of their most vulnerable moments. Honoring your commitment to care for others is thanks enough. Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for surgical procedures
- Administer medications as directed by physician
- Develop and implement nursing care plan for surgical patients
- Demonstrate a high level of compassion for patients Â
Qualifications
- Unencumbered license to practice in the State of ArkansasÂ
- 6 months of acute care experience is required (new graduates or nurses who have never worked in an acute care setting are hired through our residency training program)Â
- Previous outpatient/pre op experience is preferred, but not required
- BLS through the American Heart Association is requiredÂ
