Fortuna is hiring an experienced IT – Customer Technical Specialist IV to support operations as a Network Operations Center (NOC) Technician at the FDA White Oak facility in Silver Spring, MD. This critical role supports 24/7/365 monitoring of a complex IT infrastructure, including high and low level network-wide performance monitoring, investigating, troubleshooting, and triaging production and non-production software, applications, services, and network issues.We’d love to hear from you if you’re passionate about network operations, problem-solving, and ensuring uptime in mission-critical environments.CONTRACT DATES: 4/22/2025 – 9/29/2025
