- Advise patrons of storage life, temperature requirements, thawing times and proper cooking procedures of meat and meat products.

- Prepare ready-to-eat cuts and special orders such as crown roasts.
- Use hand tools and operating powered meat cutting equipment.
- Clean and sanitize meatcutting tools, equipment and work areas to maintain required standards.
You will receive credit for all relevant qualifying experience (paid and unpaid), including volunteer work done through National Service program (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social).Physical requirements: (1) Stand, stoop, kneel, bend and climb for prolonged periods. (2) Lift, push, pull, carry, and handle items weighing up to 50 pounds independently and occasionally over 100 pounds with assistance.
