The Mallett Region of Modern Woodmen is actively looking for a Managing Partner to spearhead the development and leadership of a team of financial representatives across Kansas and West/Southwest Missouri. If you possess a Series 26 (or 24) License (if not, a minimum qualification is evidence of your completed SIE certification or Life Insurance License) and harbor a strong desire to lead and foster a team, then this opportunity could be an excellent match worth exploring!We are willing to consider a significant investment to support the transition of the right individual to fill this role and invest in their growth.Please note: This position is not a mass recruitment opportunity. - About: Residing in Louisburg, KS, Jon is a dedicated family man, father of five, and grandfather. Actively involved in his church and deeply values his faith.
Nic Vasquez:
- Prior Experience: Former teacher for 17 years before joining our team in 2021.
- Time in Seat: 3 years with us.
- Outside of Work: Passionate about music, family, church, and travel.
- About: Lives in Kearney, Mo with his wife and their combined six children. Transitioned to our company to pursue personal growth and development.
Jacob Patterson:
- Prior Experience: Previously in the health and physical therapy field before joining us in 2022.
- Time in Seat: 2 years with our team.
- Outside of Work: Enjoys family time, golf, and is deeply committed to his faith.
- About: Based in Baxter Springs, KS, married with two children. Brings a focus on family, faith, and integrity to his work.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Life Insurance License and/or SIE Certification (one or both required)
- Series 26 (or 24) License (preferred)
- Leadership skills and effective communication ability
- Strong background in sales or customer service, with the desire and ability to lead others
