- Incumbent to exercise initiative and sound judgment in planning, coordinating, and completing work in compliance with established policies and procedures within allocated time frames.
- Advises management and assists them in the preparation of a variety of administrative and technical documents.
- Assists the Deputy Director with developing and maintaining the annual RRMC (Raven Rock Mountain Complex) IT (Information Technology) Program Objective Memorandum (POM).
- Speaks on behalf of the Deputy Director on administrative matters.
- Monitors, instructs, and provides guidance to all directorate personnel in correct procedures for preparing the time and attendance reports.
- Establishes necessary controls, including internal controls to ensure compliance with governing regulations, directives, and policies.
- Accomplishes clerical, statistical, and data entry tasks in support of the administrative functions using an automated data processing (ADP) system.
- Incumbent is primary hand receipt holder and serves as the training card holder responsible for maintaining and tracking all reimbursable acquisition packages, and credit card purchases.
- Maintaining and/or preparing time and attendance reports.
- Tracking and monitoring deadlines.
RequirementsConditions of Employment
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Three year trial/probationary period may be required.
- Incumbent must be able to obtain and maintain SECRET eligibility based on a T3 investigation.
- This position is Key Essential. The position cannot be vacated during a national emergency or mobilization without seriously impairing the mission.
- This position requires the employee to occasionally travel away from the normal duty station. (5%)
- A qualified typist familiar with multiple Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Power Point). A qualified typist can type 40 words per minute based on a 5 minute sample with three or fewer errors.
- This position is subject to 2-hour alert and recall and periodic work schedule changes to meet daily mission requirements. Incumbent is required to provide a reliable method of contact/communication and respond within 1 hour of notification receipt.
