The therapist may provide one-on-one, couples, family or group therapy.EDUCATION AND TRAINING REQUIREMENTS

• Masters’ Degree from a school accredited by a recognized accrediting agency. Requires knowledge of an advanced type.
• Other (Specify): Masters’ Degree in health or human service field; Hawaii State Licensure in good standing and current.

EXPERIENCE

• Over two years, up to and including four years.
• Knowledge of child/adolescent/adult and family dynamics
• Ability to work with people of multi-cultural and different levels of educational and socioeconomic status

SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIREDKnowledge of child/adolescent/adult and family dynamicsAbility to work with people of multi-cultural and different levels of educational and socioeconomic statusOTHER POSITION REQUIREMENTSThis job requires a valid Hawaii driver’s license, a clear driver’s abstract, and willingness to travel in personal vehicle on an as-needed basis throughout the island.Verification of licensure/certification will be required at time of appointment/hire, and continued employment is contingent on maintaining licensure/certification.This position is subject to a criminal background investigation and continued employment is contingent on a record clear of convictions.Continued employment in this position is contingent on successful completion of CPI classes OR other Behavioral Management certification as may be contract-mandated.Requires contacts both inside and outside the organization in order to furnish or obtain information and/or provide participant services. Expected Salary: $60000 – 85000 per year
