Outside Unlimited is a large commercial landscape and snow removal company located in Concord, New Hampshire that is actively seeking Lawn Maintenance Foreman.The Lawn Maintenance Foreman will be responsible for:Performing Lawn & Landscape Maintenance at our commercial propertiesExperience using Exmark zero radius commercial mowers or similar equipmentExperience using string trimmers, blowers and other small engine equipmentAbility to lead crew of 3-4Ability to drive 1-ton truck & trailerUnderstands all aspects of landscape maintenanceAble to effectively communicate with crew members and ManagerMaintain a safe work environmentTakes pride in workAbility to operate skid steer preferred but not requiredRequirements of the Lawn Maintenance Foreman2-3 years of previous experience requiredMust be able to frequently lift up to 50lbsMust have reliable transportation to and from our shop in Concord, NHThis position requires the completion of a criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Record check upon the receipt of a job offer.Pay Range $23.00 to $30.00 per hour DOETo apply for this position please email your resume to hr@outsideunlimited.com, call 603-279-1411, or visit www.outsideunlimited.com
