Responsibilities:Front Desk Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Answer shop phones, make reservations, answer questions regarding our services, quote wait times, and take necessary messages for staff
- Communicate service pricing, providing quotes, and upselling retailing and services as needed
- Participate in company initiatives and ongoing promotions
- Provide a high level of support and customer service for clients & team members
- Follow all cash handling procedures when counting cash for opening and closing shifts and creating deposits for the banking process
- Maintain the organization of the front desk at all times
- Perform cleaning duties throughout shift to ensure company brand standards
- Ensure shop equipment and supplies are stocked and organized
- Assist with retail presentation and stocking
Qualifications:Front Desk Coordinator Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a customer facing role within Retail, Hospitality, or the Beauty Industry is required
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong desire to help others and team-focus
- Excellent phone and in-person communication skills with both clients and coworkers
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and follow up effectively
- Ability to work a flexible schedule; including nights and weekends
- Critical thinker who can maintain confidentiality, be concise, and very detail-oriented
