Job Description
Key Responsibilities:Set up and operate extruder, die, takeoff unit, and auxiliary equipment according to production specifications.Supervise and coordinate utility employees on the production line, ensuring smooth operations.Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions and material defects in real-time.Monitor the sheet and extrusion process, ensuring compliance with customer specifications.Complete production and quality reports, ensuring accuracy and timely documentation.Collect and test quality samples, promptly identifying and addressing any issues.Verify the accuracy of finished goods packaging to ensure it meets standards.Adhere to operational and quality standards, with a strong commitment to safety.Perform basic mathematical calculations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and data interpretation (e.g., bar graphs).Maintain a clean, safe, and contamination-free work environment.Adapt to changing work conditions and additional tasks as required.Engage in physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and handling materials, such as rolls weighing up to 250 pounds.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent (GED).Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.Strong attendance record and excellent safety history.Comfortable wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE), including hearing protection, safety glasses, hairnets, and safety shoes.Work schedule: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM – enjoy a 4-day work week!Pay Details: $25.00 per hourEqual Opportunity Employer/Veterans/DisabledTo read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to https://www.adecco.com/en-us/candidate-privacyThe Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable:
