- Lead and train janitorial staff.
- Inspect work for quality and adherence to standards.
- Create cleaning schedules and order supplies.
- Address client concerns and maintain positive relationships.
- Ensure safety compliance and proper use of equipment.
Qualifications:
- Must have 1 year of Supervisor experience including team lead
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety regulations.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 pounds.
Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and TB test
