Full time and part time openings available.The pay rate for this role starts at $20.60/hour and is based on experience.Job Description:The Clinical Patient Safety Attendant (CPSA) is responsible for specific aspects of direct patient care and monitoring focused of safety, under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse.The CPSA commits to providing and maintaining a safe and caring environment for our patients, their families, and our colleagues while promoting physical, emotional, psychological and cognitive wellbeing. The CPSA fulfills this purpose by:Upholding a professional and compassionate demeanorProviding individualized, evidence-based, therapeutic interventions to address specific safety needsBeing an active member of and contributor to the interdisciplinary teamUtilizing safe, timely, effective, equitable, efficient and patient-centered communicationEDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent required.
