This role is perfect for someone who is tech-savvy, has a strong background in bookkeeping, and can provide support in human resources functions, especially during open enrollment periods.Key Responsibilities:
- Perform bookkeeping tasks, including managing accounts using QuickBooks, processing invoices, and reconciling accounts.
- Assist with HR functions, including employee on-boarding and off-boarding.
- Support open enrollment processes for employee benefits.
- Handle call-outs and assist in scheduling adjustments.
- Maintain employee records and assist with general human resources tasks.
- Provide general office administrative support as needed.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and bookkeeping tasks.
- Experience in human resources, including familiarity with on-boarding/off-boarding and open enrollment.
- Ability to manage invoices and perform reconciliations.
- Tech-savvy with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Office administrative experience is a plus.
