Kforce has a client that is seeking a Benefits Operations Analyst, International in San Francisco, CA. Duties Include:

• Benefits Operations Analyst will work with Global Benefits team to review payroll files and ensure accurate deductions are taken for international and domestic benefits offerings
• Identify pain points in benefit operations; Remediate issues by either creating and maintaining operations tools (e.g., standard operating procedures) or working with product/engineering teams to correct
• As a Benefits Operations Analyst, you will audit and track benefit eligibility reporting and reconciliation including compliance related processes and reviewing our vendor reports to ensure accuracy
• Triage escalated employee cases and support requests

• 3-5 years of professional benefits operation experience in a corporate environment
• Experience working in International Benefits operations (i.e., EMEA, APAC, LATAM)
• Familiar with HR enterprise technology solutions (Workday and/or Oracle experience is a plus)
• Comfortable working with auditing payroll reports, triaging issues, and working on renewals

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with Darwin; Such as Project Management, gathering requirements for change requests, UAT testing, defect reporting and management
• Prioritization experience supporting multiple work streams and processes in non-growth environments
• Exposure to supporting a broad, diverse employee population
• Ability to work well under pressure, with proven time management skills and the ability to prioritize in a multifaceted environment and coordinate complex information
• Forward-thinking, detailed-oriented and personable
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-driven; You have superior organizational skills, integrity and great follow through on tasks
• Willingness to learn and support the broader team, you have a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude
• Have US experience, in addition to International benefits operations experience, is a plus
• Spanish or a foreign language is a plus but not required

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Expected Salary: $59 – 67 per hour
